Products may be returned within the first 30 days from the date of purchase. Products must be in their original packaging, unused and re-saleable condition.

Please note you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
We advise you to retain your proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for packages that are damaged or lost in transit.
Once we have received the goods and they have been checked thoroughly, you will be credited within 7 working days.


With prior approval from Complete Social Distancing Solution, and within our 14-day return policy, exchanges can be made. The item will be exchange Distancing Solutions. If the product being exchanged is of less value a refund will be credited to your original purchase payment method. If the new item is more than the returned item, please confirm your new payment method.
